Hip Hop Family Day is delighted to offer vendor space to local businesses, associations, churches, health/medical organizations and other non-profits. For food vendors, priority preference will be for quality handmade food options.  Artisans will be selected based on the quality of their products, with an eye to providing a diversity of handmade, original selections to patrons. Approval of your application will be determined based on the nature and quality of your products, with a strong preference for home-made items. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, once approved by the festival committee. The deadline for registration is Monday, August 7, 2023, 11:59P EST.

Vendor Categories + Rates

Food - $300

NO BEVERAGE SALES

Merchant - $150

Reselling items manufactured/produced by others or selling services of any kind 

Artisan - $100

Selling self-produced, original artwork, clothing, jewelry or similar items

Resource Table - $75

Sharing information, providing free services, free resources, advertising for a group/organization, etc. 501(c)(3) documentation may be required.

Corporate - $ TBD
